If you need a soccer fix, and if you get ESPNU as one of the kijillion channels from your cable/satellite provider, you might want to tune in at 8 tonight when the University of San Diego Toreros face Portland for the West Coast Conference women’s tournament title.

Why?

Well, on that USD roster are three more Sonoma County products (are you starting to get the picture here of just how good soccer is in these parts?).

They include:

- Sophomore goalie Courtney Parsons. An Ursuline product, Parsons has started all 19 USD games this year, played over 1,700 minutes and has made 54 saves.

- Junior defender Addie Carton helps anchor the Torero defense. The Ursuline graduate has played in 18 games, starting 16 and has a goal and an assist.

- Sophomore Alex Dinan is another sophomore goalie, backing up Parsons. Dinan, a Maria Carrillo product, has played in three games this season.

If USD surprises Portland with an offensive onslaught tonight you just might be able to see all three of them play.
